London Cocktail Week 2025: £9 Cocktails & Masterclasses
London Cocktail Week (LCW) is an esteemed 11-day festival returning from Thursday 9 to Sunday 19 October 2025, celebrating London’s vibrant cocktail culture. Founded in 2010 by Hannah Sharman-Cox and Siobhan Payne, this globally recognized event sees over 200 of the city’s finest bars participate, making high-quality cocktails accessible to all, from seasoned enthusiasts to newcomers.
Participation is straightforward: attendees purchase a £20 wristband, valid for the festival’s entire duration. This wristband grants access to signature cocktails at participating venues across London for just £9 each. Special pricing applies to Champagne cocktails (£12) and non-alcoholic or ‘tiny’ cocktails (£6). A printed guidebook is provided to help navigate the extensive list of bars, which can also be filtered online by area or type, such as ‘date bars’ or ‘bars for foodies’. While the benefit of affordable, premium drinks is immense, attendees should anticipate that bars will likely be busier than usual during the festival, which could mean longer wait times.
LCW extends beyond discounted drinks, offering a rich program of educational and immersive events. Highlights for 2025 include a Beluga Vodka and caviar pairing masterclass on October 14, an exclusive evening with El Dorado Rum Master Distiller Shaun Caleb at The Last Talisman on October 15, and a unique pairing of mini highballs with micro plates alongside live music at Rain Dogs bar, also on October 15. The festival culminates with a karaoke and cocktail masterclass at BAM Karaoke Box on October 19.
Several renowned bars will feature unique signature serves: Lyaness on the South Bank offers the Ruby Spritz, Perception Bar at W London presents the Figment of Agave, Bluethroat Bar in Brixton features the Pandan Mai Tai, Viajante87 in Notting Hill crafts the Aura Margarita, and Disrepute in Soho serves the Old News. These examples showcase the diverse and innovative creations available throughout the city.
