Beam Park Station: East London’s Delayed Rail Link Explained
Beam Park is a substantial new housing development in east London, situated across the boroughs of Barking and Dagenham and Havering. Comprising approximately 4,000 homes, with 50% designated as affordable, the development also includes 30% publicly accessible green space and two primary schools, establishing it as a key Housing Zone. Named after the River Beam, this burgeoning community necessitates a dedicated c2c railway station to provide essential transport links for its thousands of residents.
